Indeed, the financial catalog defines the items (products or services) which can be the objects of a quote, an order or an invoice.

When creating your client quotation, you manually add the elements of your catalog to appear on it in the detail lines. These are the lines that will be retrieved.

Copy your quote, ProjeQtOr automatically offers to copy this quote as an order. The detail lines are copied and are present in the order.
Copy your order, ProjeQtOr offers to copy it as an invoice. Your detail lines are then copied again and so on.

The data entry work is therefore only done once when creating the quote.
