I get several disabled fields while adding a new ticket (simple) was created by pakkes
Hi.
While adding a new Ticket (simple) I get several disabled fields. Please see the attached picture:

 

This happens for every user, both for old and new graphical interface, with most recent version v9.0.4
Not sure if this is a bug ... it's possible that I don't know a peculiar procedure to activate these fields. May you please be so gently to drive me in the right direction to enable these fields?

Hello,

The simple ticket screen is a limited version of the “Tickets” screen.
It is dedicated to users who wish to create and follow their own tickets WITHOUT being involved in their processing.
Most of the processing fields and functions are therefore unavailable.
To process and fully inform your incidents, go directly to the tickets screen.
