You activated grouping of emails.
So emails are not sent immediatly, but waiting to be gathered in case several emails are sent for same item on short period.
This uses CRON
If CRON stops, emails are not sent.

Please post projeqtor log file (when cron stops) so that we can analyse why CRON stops.

Hello,

It has been a great help to me. When removing the mail grouping option. He started sending the mails correctly even if the cron is stopped. We thought that the cron had to be raised so that the automatic mails (for example when creating a ticket or assigning it ... or other tasks) are sent.
