unable to configure PostgreSQL link on ProjeQtor configuration page

Hello, I don't know if this is a problem that has already been mentioned.
I discovered the tool, but impossible for me to put the postgreSQL database.
As soon as I configure it, I get no response and it gives me no indication of error or success.
On the other hand, when I switch to MySQL, I get feedback after configuration.

Can you help me ?

But yes i see your link, but it's not the same thing, I really don't get any error feedback from the tool.
it's as if there is no action when we select postgreSQL.
