Access to real work allocation for all members of my team was created by badgamme
Hello,
I got a resource "rA" wich is also a user "uA".
"uA" is Project leader,
"rA" belong to a team "tA", and has 2 projects "pA" & "pB"
"tA" is made of 4 other resources/users (rB, rC, rD), the team manager is my resource "rA"

I'd like "uA" to manage real work allocation for all members of her team ... please tell me how ?

Default configuration sets it working as you wish : project leader can manage real work of resources allocated to his projects.
This is managed through "specific access rights"

Yes, I've seen that and it's great !

But my purpose is to allow a team manager to change real work allocation for all members of it's team even if this manager is not project leader !
It'll be more easy for me to explain that in French ... sorry ;-)

members of accountancy team are working on several projects, but team manager is not project leader on those projects.
