As of today, there is no "email" entry.
So users should connect to projeqtor, and create new ticket.
For users who will only enter tickets, we have the "Ticket simple" screen, wich is simplified view on tickets.
It is easy for admin to configure profiles so that these users only see this screen.
2. is it possible to create two different ticket dashboards. We have two different issues to address at work and we think it would be super nice if it is possible to create multiple ticket dashboards to address different issues separately.
Yes, easy : just create 2 projects.
Each requestor may be allocated to one only project, and support team to all.
3.how do I set the mailing notification up so users, managers, supervisors etc get notified when a ticket is closed, in pending status etc.
Just configue The "Controls & Automation" > "Mails on Event"
