How to defined workflow with fixed events or activities to populate my agenda

Hi,

I'm new on this platform and I'm studing it to use it on my company.
One important feature that I'm not finding the right way to configure it is "How to define workflows and once instanced its should populate company Agenda with the events predefined for its workflow".

Example:

Workflow: Product Homologation
Steps (Phases): Start -> Requisites -> Technical Planning -> Financial Planning -> Acceptation -> End

IN each Step there are some activities (events) related that should be done to finilize the Step, like:
START: Comercial Team should make Commercial Request artifact
REQUISITES: Field Engineer Team should visit the local and study the enviroment (we call it Site Survey)
REQUISITES: Should make Requisites Document artifact
FINANCIAL PLANNING: Financial Team should study the costs involved and generate profit expectation
...

I expect that, when I start some that uses Product Homologation Workflow all these activities populate my Company Agenda, then I could check date conflicts and confirms with I would be able to answer my Clients in time.

What you describe is just the Work Breakdown Structure of a project (it's not really a workflow).
You can create a project with corresponding WBS.
Then you'll just have to copy this template project for new affair.

You won't have items in your "agenda" if you expect it to be on Outlook.
You'll have an agenda-like overview in ProjeQtOr, but there is no integration with Agenda clients.
