Do you mean "add a column in the list of projects " ?
=> Update $_layout in /model/Project.php

Or add a new menu on the menu list ?

and how it can be filled ? i want a test field in the menu when i add new project and i have this error when i update $_layout

You have to create the field in the database and define it in Project.php.

Search a bit in the Furom, you'll find many helpfull posts on the subject.
