Error sending mail for outlook mail server

Hi,

I have error/ issues in sending mail by using my own mail server and its belongs to outlook web mail (Library PHPMailer (recommended) ).
When i have trigger my test mail its showing "Email sent to 'This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.' ", Burt i did't receive any mail in my inbox.
And nothing showing in log file.!!

Can any one please give me a solution for this..!!
My Configurations is:
smtp server : tls://mail.mydomain.com/mail.mydomain.com
smtp port : 25
smtp login name : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
smtp login password : **********
end of line format for mail : default format ()
sendmail path : /opt/lampp/htdocs/bctpqms/projeqtor/external/PHPMailer
mailer Type : Library PHPMailer (recommended)
send HELO with current IP : No
send emails as current user : No

But the test mail result is:
sent test :
sender of email : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Email sent to 'This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.'

Port for TLS is 587... --> I tested both port (25, 587). But the result is same as like and did not received in my inbox.
sent test :

And its working perfectly for smtp.gmail.com..!! But not working mydomain.com(outlook). And mydomain.com working perfectly when i am using telnet mail trigger. I can't understood where is my fault..???

Check you mail serveur log file. --> Yes checked both my mail server and as well as the projeqtor log file. There no errors showing.
Can you kindly advice me for this.!! Very urgent one. Because this issue in production server and people are waiting for mail.

Check treatment of spam.
I think your email server directs these email to spam bin. -->> Even spam folder also i checked but no mail is there.
We are using "Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 " to connect our mailing tool(outlook web).

It can also be a filter from Outlook (I used to have issues sending email to outlook mailboxes, because my IP was on a rejected frame) --->> That means we can't use outlook mail server to triggering email in our(Projeqtor tool) ????

Please kindly advice and let me know if any other possible ways for mailing activity.!!

These kind of errors i getting...!! Its more headache for me.!
Kindly help me to resolve this email problems.
