That means we can't use outlook mail server to triggering email in our(Projeqtor tool)

It means you have to check with outlook team if it filters your IP.

I am waiting for positive reply asap....!!

@Babynus Thank you very much for great support for this wonderful tool....!!!

We offer free support and are never please about request for hurrying. ---> I really sorry this .!! I have facing this issues in protection server. Because we are using this tool for more than 1600 projects and its working great..!

Now the only issues email not receiving to anyone (None of the activity not tracing via email) that's why asked for the quick response to fix this issues asap.

And one more thing in (version 7.0.0 and also 7.0.3 ) Tool menu-> Email sent, Email to send, Alert and message nothing listed the activities But everything stored database..!

Kindly do the needful.....!!

Email sent => should not be empty if emails are sent... If it is empty despite emails to send, check error log file and post any error logged
Email to send => will always be empty unless you activate feature "activate mail grouping" (in global parameters / mail)
Alert => content not directly linked to emails
message => items are here entered manually by admin (for instance to display message on login page)

@Babynus, Thanks for your great support.!!

Please see this attached screenshot. I am talking about the Email sent, and Alert history is not showing in this section. But we have records in database tables(mail,alert). I don't know why its not show here.!?

And no error log is there for this activities. I have updated my tool from version 6.5.7 to 7.0.0 and now using version 7.0.3.

Kindly do the needful for this issues to resolve..!!

Emails sent will show emails depending on acces rights you defined.
Be sure that admin has "reader+" acces mode to be able to see all emails.
Other users should see their emails only (the ones then sent manually).

That screenshot taken form main admin login only....!! And i checked my access right also there is Reader+ only.!

Is there anything else to enable or this is issuse.??
