Because no resource if affected to the project : you did not define the project team.
First affect resources to the project.

Ah ok, for example, I affect 100% on the project screen and if I affect on the task 40%, so the ressource will work 0.4 day every day of the week, is it right?

Si j'alloue 100% de la ressource au projet et 40% sur la partie de la tache (activité), alors la ressource travaillera 0.4 jour sur cette tache tous les jpours de la semaine.

Si je mélange les deux, et j'alloue 80% de la ressource au projet et 40% sur la partie de la tache (activité), alors la ressource travaillera 0.4 jour sur cette tache pendant 4 jours de la semaine.

No.
Resource will work 0,4 days each day, with a maximum of 4 days of work per week on the project. In your case, the affectation rate has no effect as 0,4 x 5 = 2days, which is less than limit of 4 days. In your case, affectation rate to project will have effects only if resource is assigned to other tasks on same project.

Could you explain me again with this number?

Project Screen: 100% Activity Screen: 40% ----> ressource will work ...

Project Screen: 80% Activity Screen: 40% ----> ressource will work ...


because I don't understand what is the impact of the Project Screen Ratio.

Hope it will be more clear with a small tables with all possibilities for project affectation rate combined with activitie assignment rate for values 100%, 80% and 40%
