Hello,
I use 8.6.5 version, and when use live meeting with some subjects initialised in the CR, after some add and saving when comme back to the meeting all information are missing.
No trace in log

These traces are not really errror.
Not source of your issue.
Which Browser are you using ?

I use Chrome but same pb with Safari.
I have requested my administrator and not error in apache are present

I cannot reproduce.
Are you sure you look at correct field ?
It is the field "Minutes" in section "Treatment" that is changed...
