assistance needed to understand criteria while creating auto ticket.

Hi ,

After configured input mail box, I have tried to create ticket through mail and I had sent mail from email address which is already available in users, but still it is showing message "ticket rejected : only emails from known users" in history and not created ticket auto. Could you please know me that what is the criteria after giving this error message.

Please find some attachments, which can help you to identify the issue, I checked in log file as it is not any error it is not being recorded in log file.
