PHPMail error : SMTP connect() failed.

The credentials you privided are refused by SMTP server.
It can also be because SMTP server requires SSL or TLS and you don't provide correct mean (you can add ssl:// or tls:// as prefix of smtp server name to force on of these modes)

You can display history of any item.
In user parameter, select value for "show history".
My advise it to select "on request" => you'll get a new button to show history

Why ask if it is possible if you already did it :silly: ?
Possibly it does not work because you did not configure email parameters in global parameters
