projeqtor configuration

Hello Babynus, thank you for your help and guide that has brought me a step ahead so far.
Until now I am able to create a user and they are able to log in without any difficulties.
I have another problem which I have been trying to figure out for days now and not being able to get my head around that I thought it was the very best of ideas to contact you.
1. Is there any special setting for me as an administrator to fulfill in order for a project guest to be able to send a ticket from the ticket simple screen?

2.When a user logs in as a guest, he only has access to the ticket simple screen which should allow him to be able to send a ticket but for some reason it does not work for me. So far the project guests I have created cannot send a ticket, how can I fix this? Thank you

I have one other question concerning faq. Aside a user pressing on F1 which directs one to the manual webpage, is there anything like an FAQ for quick guidance on very minimalistic issues like how to create a ticket etc.Assuming a guest user has no prior knowledge to using projeqtor, are there FAQ to answer some of the very little questions on how to use it.

I have one other question, can projeqtor recieve requests by email?
If yes what do I have to do to achieve that or setup that?
