Sorry Babynus, but i have a last question :
When someone answer with mail response, i didn't receive as administrator or responsable, a mail to inform that a new note has been added. Is-it normal or have i something wrong in my parameters ?

It is normal.
You may have an alert if you configure Email on Event for new note.

All changes does note include note add.
You must add specific event "new note"

Sorry Babynus,

Even if i create a new rules for ticket with only new note, when i answer to a request by responding to receipt mail, the new note was inserted to the ticket but no mail was send to the different persons associated to it.

What's wrong ? I have a mail when i insert a new note manually.
