Terms and Conditions
Intervention conditions :
- Daily based intervention, which can be performed remotely or on premise:
- Remote technical assitance usually require a SSH connection (to define from request)
- Remote technical assistance is provided through any available communication mean (phone, joinMe)
- For on premise assistance, customer must provide any required mean correspondong to needs (room, connection,...)
On-site (in France), with the logistics provided by the customer as needed (room, video projection device, ...)
- The days are standard work days, with maximum of 8 hours per day, for instance:
- 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00
- Remote work hours must be defined according to local (France) and remote (Customer country) time zones
