[Screen customization plugin] Cannot delete any custom field created

Hello,

For some time now, I have been unable to delete any field I created from the Customization plugin

I can change their display name, values, hide them, etc.

But I cannot delete them in any way, as the screen doesn't seem to run anything when i click delete and Yes (no loading circle in the middle of the screen)

Which means that If i mess up a field or I need to change one into another later, I can only hide them, and that is not really what I would want.

I've tried different browsers, just in case, but its the same.

Can you look into this ?

and Screen customization is on the V6.1
