On ProjeQtOr, under IE11 and FF 49, there is no horizontal scrollbar in the Planning screen.
The Resource Planning is OK but thePlanning is without an horizontal scrollbar.
Perhaps the ticket #2133 about the same problem for the Resource Planning screen is to be updated for this screen ?
I cannot reproduce this behavior, neither on FF not on IE.
On wich version of ProjeQtOr do you reproduce this behaviour ?
Can you show print screen, showing which scrollbar is missing (maybe I did not look t the one you're dealing with) ?
My version of ProjeQtOr is 5.5.4.
I use FireFox 49.0.2 on Windows 10 Pro
IE 11 produce the same problem.
You will find in attachment a printscreen of the Planning view.
The horizontal scrollbar is missing at the bottom of the screen.
The vertical scrollbar is correct at the right side of the screen.
I access to this view because I want to calculate and refresh the planning of the activities.

When reducing the standard zoom (CTRL + "-" with Firefox), the horizontal scrollbar is here.
But with normal zoom (CTRL + 0) the horizontal scrollbar disappears again.
On my desktop screen (1920 x 1080) the screen has a good height and I don't need to reduce the zoom.
On my laptop screen (1366 x 768) I need to reduce the zoom.
To solve the problem, I have to go up the splitter of the screen to the middle of the screen height after I have reduced the zoom in normal mode.
So the splitter (in normal mode) can appear, and the horizontal bar again too.

it is because Projeqtor stores position of sloder in pixel for one usr, so on your hires laptop you probably move the slider to a position tjat is not visible on your lowrew laptop
