New version V12.0.0 (and V11.4.3)

We are happy to annonce the release of the brand new ProjeQtOr version V12.0.0.This major version brings several major evolutions

- Define locale currency on Project
- Local currency automatically inherited to sub-projects
- Input in local currency converted to global currency

   - Fix duration activities don't have priority to asap mode
   - Project priority enforced to have global consistency of project
   - Previous behavior possible (default for migrating instances)
  New planning rule for parent activities
   - Choose how to level planning of parent activities:
     . without overbooking: existing behavior
     . with inter-projects overbooking: like Contrained duration mode

Easy synchronization management
- Synchronization existed in previous versions with automatic creation of synchronized Activity from Ticket
- Now it's possible to define synchronization on any linked item
- Synchronization will synchronously change of status, responsable, project, name, product, product version, component, component version

Sum on lists
- Possibility to display sum of one column in the list of items
- Field to sum can be selected on filter pop-up
- For hierarchic items (items that may have parents) sum only includes elementary items (this means that if you select only parents, sum is null)Timesheet breakdown
- Hability to split values in timesheet cells with additional catagory and comments
- This will help categorize time spend on each activityMajor improvements on Work command management
- New screen for Work commands
- Possibility to customize Work commands (with Screen Customization plugin)

V11.4.3 has also been deployed with last bugs fixing.
