I'm having trouble finding assistance regarding the "delay before possible use (month)" configuration for employment contract types. I noticed that something is happening automatically in relation to that field. For example, I configured leave with a quantity of 6 for employees with that contract type, but today I discovered that the leave quantity has been changed to .1 for those employees due to an automatic system update.
In our case, employees should be able to use 6 leaves within a year, and any unused leaves should expire. I attempted to set the "delay before possible use (month)" parameter to 0, but it was not accepted.
Please take a look at the attached image for reference. I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this matter.
Note: I have already checked the user guide and manual, but I couldn't find any helpful information.
This error usually happens when there is no entry date on the resource or the contract.
The solution then extrapolates and assumes that your resource starts on today's date for each calculation.
Add an entry date. Uncheck "is an employee", save, recheck "is an employee" to restart the calculation of rights.
Please note, however, that an error has been detected on "rights earned calculated per month" and that we are currently looking into the problem.

However, I would like to provide some feedback on the solution provided. Unfortunately, the approach suggested did not work as expected in our case. In fact, it resulted in the removal of all the old leave periods that had been manually entered by our employees. This caused significant disruption to our data and affected our records.
As a result, we have made the decision to temporarily stop using the HR Leave module until we receive a complete and satisfactory solution. It is important for us to have a reliable and stable system in place to manage our employees' leave effectively.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Please let us know if there are any updates or if there is any further action required from our end. We look forward to a resolution that will allow us to resume using the HR Leave module with confidence.
Following the steps you suggested on May 11, 2023, at 10:35 AM in the current thread, we have discovered another issue. The total time sum in the timesheet includes leave hours, but the leaves themselves are not displayed in the timesheet. Kindly refer to the attached file for more information.
We do not reproduce.
Are there errors in the logs (projector and browser) Have you modified the activities of the HR project? Did you modify the project?
The first step that we could try is to switch to the latest version of ProjeQtOr to see if the problem persists.
