Hi!
We are having a problem with assigning responsible to tickets. The problem appears when the ticket has a product assigned. If the product has a responsible assigned, then it doesn´t allow us to set the ticket to another responsible. It gets fixed to the responsible of the product. Is it ok to be like that? Or it's a bug?

Hi

it is a global parameter. You just need to change the setting.
