Hello.We cannot delete activities
Why ?
7 ERROR: The current transaction is aborted, commands until the end of the transaction block are ignored

Hello.

Deletion is subject to specific rights.
Check the deletion rights for the profile concerned and that the latter does not have any real work entered
Do not hesitate to consult the application manual to find out how an activity works and the authorizations for the different profiles.

It seems you have SQL error upper than what you display in error log.
Please check this first error, it is the source of the issue.

NB : please migrate to V11.2.4, it inludes several fixes that may already solve your issue.
