Hello,I'm asking for your help, before giving up, to be sure that why I want to do is not possible with screen customization plugin.
Context: For a team in my company, the link between ticket and customer's contract is chosen only at the time of invoicing. So I cannot create a project per contract, and I need to be able to select at the ticket's level which contract to use. This field would then be exported with our invoicing tool.
I've studied two solutions, but haven't managed to implement either of them.
First solution: Implementing the contracts as "contracts" in ProjeQtOr, and adding to the ticket level a "contract" field which would display the list of the customer's contracts. I did not succeed in retrieving the customer's contracts and then displaying them in a list.
Second solution:
Using material resources, and creating an additional field at the ticket level which would display the list of Material Resources (or at least the list of all Resources like "accountable" and "responsible" fields). The material resources are already displayed in standard in these two fields, but I cannot create a third field like these.
There is a much better solution : use Tokens.
Just define tokens.
The define Contract, and on the Contract add tockers (ordered tocken).
If you don't have limits in tokens, you can either define large number of tokens or select optiion to allow use of tokens even if all ordered are used.
Then on Tickets, when you enter work (use button dispatch work) you can defined token used from which contact.
You can even select if tokens are billable.

I have tried to use these tokens, but is this case it is not suitable.
In fact for this team, every minutes are deducted from the contract, so we have to use the "start work button" and tokens cannot be used to count in minutes.
However, I need to be able to differentiate many contracts and to indicate which contract is concerned after real time has already been entered.
That is why I would like to be able to display the list of contracts available for this customer.

This is possible with tokens.
You record time with start work button.
When work is done (real time entered) you click dispath work just to update line of wxork defined through "start work" and define token.
I have tried, and it's right, I can define 2 kinds of tokens, then associate them to one contract and retrieve them in "dispatch" pop up on ticket's screen. Now the problem is that when I select a token's type, it does not give associated token's quantity... the field reminds grey (disabled) and if I close the window,
the token's type are not recorded... Do I forget something ?
After new tests, I understood that the token's quantity is not automatically calculated.
I will juste create a new ticket for a bug on tokens. =)
