[SOLVED] Assistance Required: Persistent IMAP Connection Attempts in ProjeQtOr

Hi,

I am reaching out to seek your expertise regarding an issue we've encountered with our ProjeQtOr system. Previously, we had configured the "Input mailbox for tickets" feature using IMAP settings linked to a Gmail account. This setup functioned seamlessly until our organization revoked Gmail access. Following this change, our system logs began recording the following errors:

To address this, I removed the Gmail configurations from the "Input mailbox for tickets" section, anticipating that this would halt the IMAP connection attempts. However, the logs now display a different message:

It appears that ProjeQtOr continues to attempt IMAP connections despite the removal of the specific configurations. I have also reviewed the global IMAP settings under Global Parameters to ensure no residual configurations are prompting these connection attempts.

Could you please assist in identifying any additional settings or steps that might be causing ProjeQtOr to persist in these IMAP connection attempts? Your guidance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for getting back to me on this.

    Regarding your suggestion about "the mailbox definition", I did investigate that. I checked the Global parameters, Specific access, Administration, and the guide, but unfortunately, wasn't able to locate that specific setting or apply it to this particular issue.

    While troubleshooting further in the interim, I examined our server configuration and found that the IMAP extension was enabled in php.ini. Disabling this extension ultimately resolved the problem.
