Ability to search or add something straight from the combobox

So i just upgraded to 12.1.1 from 11.4.2.
When i added a ticket, the combobox for activity, or responsible, and other ones, had buttons for search and add, at the right of them.
Now, after upgrade, its not available anymore.
I cand go to the projects or activity page to add or change anything, but just wondering what happend.
Any ideea ?

Its set to yes on my profile (Administrator).
What else could i check ?

Im not sure if its related, but i see this in the logs:

But i dont think i has anything to do with it, because i changed to english, and i dont get the error, and i still dont get those button on the combobox.
