ProjeQtor reports seem to be for resources that are allocated to projects, but not resources that are not part of any project.
In ProjeQtor, a project planning starts with allocation of resources to a project.
This means that the organization is supposed to manage the remaining (non-allocated) resources as a separate pool.
This pool is not engaged in productive activities, and is a drain for the organization.
At minimum, these resources should be cross-trained, or placed on projects that develop inhouse tools/systems that enhance the organization's own capability.
For example, inhouse development of management tools, test stubs, standardization, etc..
ProjeQtor should have reports focused on these benched resources.
Some examples:
- Free resource profile (curve that shows total free resource availability vs time)
- Free time profile for selected resource(s)/li]
- Which resources are free between given dates, and how much
