Hello,

What kind of configuration is required for a small company (less than 20 users) that manages 15-20 projects simultaneously? Could we use old computer with 2Go RAM and a old Intel pentium III Xeon?

Intel Pentimum III Xeon has very low frequency (700Mhz) and 1 only core.
So it's a bad choice and will bring very poor performance.

You should have at least 2 CPUs as PHP and MySql will both be on same server.
Also try and get at least CPU with ~2Ghz and fast Hard Drive (I expect your old computer has very slow drive)
You should also get 2-4 GB of RAM to have fluent access with 20 users.
