This presentation is intended for a “Project Manager” type audience.

Prerequisites

Participants are advised to know the basic concepts of Project Management (Gantt chart, Work Breakdown Structure, workload management, project progress, indicators, etc.)

This short module, lasting one hour, introduces you to the general characteristics of ProjeQtOr.

This presentation is divided into three parts:

• Theoretical presentation - 20mn
  • Presentation of the company, its history, its Business Model, its services
  • Description of the technical and functional characteristics of ProjeQtOr
  • Description of the scope covered and comparison with some competitors
• Practical presentation - 20mn
  • Demonstration of project creation
  • Presentation of some planning modes
• Discussion and answers to questions - 20mn
