Intervention conditions :

• Daily services, preferably carried out on site, with the logistical means made available by the customer (room, video projection device, computers for participants).
  It is the client's responsibility to ensure access to training under the best conditions for people with disabilities.
  The number of people attending the presentation is limited to 10.
• On request, depending on the constraints, it is possible to organize distance learning courses. Any need will be studied on demand.

• The days are understood as standard working days of a maximum of 7 hours, for example:
           9 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• The intervention dates are established according to the client's constraints and the availability of the trainers.
• All media are provided in digital format. No paper document is provided.
  During training, the concepts are directly addressed from the use of the tool.

Prices :

• There are several prices depending on mode of intervention and number of attendees
  • Inter-company training: 450 € par day per attendee
  • Intra-company training: 1500 € per day, each session can accept up to 10 attendees

Examples of training modules

Module "Discover ProjeQtOr"

• The objective of this session is to approach the basic principles of the ProjeQtOr tool, to make known the basic elements.
  This training does not have the ambition to increase the skills of those trained. This is a presentation / discovery session of the tool to assess the relevance of its implementation in the context of business needs.
• This training is aimed at any public wishing to know the functionalities offered by the project management tool ProjeQtOr.
• No prerequisites are necessary for this training.
• Duration: 0.5 day

Module "ProjeQtOr for Senior Project Leader":

• The objective is to present the functionalities of the ProjeQtOr project management software so that the participants understand the different concepts handled and the objects implemented.
• This training is aimed at a "Project Manager" type audience with proven experience in Project Management.
• Participants will have to master the basic concepts of Project Management (Gantt chart, Work Breakdown Structure, load management, risk management, indicators, etc.).
  These skills will have been acquired during a solid training in Project Management or a practice of several years in this position.
• Duration: 3.0 days

Module "ProjeQtOr for Junior Project Leader":

• The objective is to review the basic concepts of Project Management in order to then apply them and present the functionalities of the ProjeQtOr project management software so that the participants understand the different concepts handled and the objects implemented.
  At the end of this module, the trainees trained will be able to carry out a project schedule with the ProjeQtOr tool, to pilot it in interaction with other projects, by mastering the various necessary concepts.
• This training is aimed at a "Project Manager" type audience with little experience in Project Management and / or who wishes to review the basic concepts of Project Management.
• No prerequisites are necessary for this training.
• Duration: 3.0 days

Module "ProjeQtOr for Team Member":

• The objective of this module is to approach the principles of the ProjeQtOr project management tool, in order to allow team members to use it comfortably on a daily basis.
  At the end of this module, participants will be able to use ProjeQtOr to monitor their daily activity within the projects in which they participate.
• This training is intended for an audience intended to use ProjeQtOr on a daily basis, without implementing project planning.
• Participants will have to master the concepts of teamwork in project mode and will be able to enter time tracking, follow the life cycle of a task, verify compliance with charges, compliance with deadlines, etc.).
• Duration: 1.0 day

Module "ProjeQtOr for Administrator":

• The objective of this module is to learn how to configure and administrate functionally and technically the ProjeQtOr application.
• This training is intended for an "Administrator" type audience.
  This module is intended for people with a basic knowledge of the ProjeQtOr tool and who are intended to manage the configuration and administration of this web application.
• Participants are advised to have widely used the ProjeQtOr tool to allow them to have a sufficient and relatively exhaustive understanding of the concepts covered, or to have followed at least the "Fundamentals" module or the "Discovery" module
• Duration: 1.0 day

Module "On demand":

• “On-demand” training can be provided to select the modules that suit you best, to develop in more detail the elements covered during a module, to solve a particular problem or to address technical subjects (installation, development, ...)
