Assistance

To assist you, we can work on site (in France) or remotely (by audio or video conference).
This service includes (non exhaustive list) :
  • assistance on setup
  • assistance on parameters and configuration settings
  • solving specific problems
Any other need can be studied. 

Terms and Conditions

Intervention conditions :

  • Daily based intervention, which can be performed remotely or on premise:
    • Remote technical assitance usually require a SSH connection (to define from request)
    • Remote technical assistance is provided through any available communication mean (phone, joinMe)
    • For on premise assistance, customer must provide any required mean correspondong to needs (room, connection,...)
      On-site (in France), with the logistics provided by the customer as needed (room, video projection device, ...)
  • The days are standard work days, with maximum of 8 hours per day, for instance:
    • 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00
  • Remote work hours must be defined according to local (France) and remote (Customer country) time zones

Prices :

  • There are two separate prices depending on mode of intervention:
    • Remote intervention
    • On site intervention : prices include travel fees from Toulouse (France)
