pb with ticket via email box was created by pdecloedt
We used Office 365 mail box, we are creating 3 differents mail box for automatic creating ticket, but we have some trouble... 
After somethimes few hours or few days (it's not everytime same delays), mail box are automatically closing... We don't no why !

Hi,

I am afraid Microsoft hardens access to IMAP mailboxes, and tends to get rid of direct access to IMAP and replace it with oAuth2 on EWS.

Possibly you can get a workaroud securing access with some ssl tuneling (see exemple with Stunnel at forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/99250-solved-...tion-broken-problem/)

Either credentials are wrong, or IMAP server refuses your connection.
Try and re-enter password and save password (since V9.2, passwords are encoded, so you must not enter value in the DB bt use the application instead...)
If issue persist, only way to know why is to contact your IMAP provider to get the reason why Anthentication failed.
