The new V4.5.0 has just been deployed providing new features

• improved affectations management with start and end dates, taken into account by planning calculation
• new access mode to give a user access to the elements he is responsible of
• new API functionality to retrieve data from criteria parameters
• multiple updates to change the type
• several GUI improvements
• ability to process texts of more than 4000 characters:
• and other miscellaneous improvements

and, as usual, several fixings improving reliability of ProjeQtOr.
